3 Ingredient Cookies

A quick, simple + healthy recipe to hit that sweet craving without the guilt. Go on, eat the whole batch.

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips more if desired
  • 1 handful craisins extra
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup extra
  • 2 tbsp nuts extra


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  2. Mash bananas until consistent.

  3. Add in quick oats, chocolate chips + any extras you would like!

  4. Using a cookie scoop, make cookie mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Use a measuring cup to flatten out cookies.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on desired chewiness.

  7. Let cookies rest on a cooling rack for 5 minutes to harden up a bit.
